This underused Worthington, Ohio back yard was transformed into a classy mid-century modern outdoor living space! Sparse lawn was replaced with permeable paths of Brassfield Fines aggregate that allow rainwater to percolate down to the root zone of the mature oak tree canopy. The owner’s vintage concrete pavers were salvaged and set on the diagonal. Many thanks to The Local Gardener for a first-class installation!
